It is the total volume downloaded through your links during a 30-day period. It is separate from the storage occupied by your files.
Can I delete a file before it expires?
Yes, from your file manager or with its owner link. Deletion is permanent.
Can my password be recovered?
Keep it safe: Erqiva cannot recover the password of an encrypted transfer.
What happens when the paid period ends?
Your public links are disabled. You have 30 days to retrieve or delete your files from your account. Renewing during this period reactivates the files still stored. After this period, the files are permanently deleted, with advance notice.
