We cannot guarantee that every platform will accept the number. Some services reject virtual numbers or restrict accepted countries. Check their requirements before ordering.
When does the rental start? +
Once your payment is confirmed, activate the rental in Manage my numbers. The provider will then assign your number. The end date confirmed when the number is assigned is the binding date and is displayed in your client area.
Can I send SMS messages or make calls? +
This offer allows you to receive SMS messages. Sending messages and making calls are not available.
What happens at the end? +
The rental ends on the indicated date, with no automatic charge. Do not rely on keeping the number after that date: it may be reassigned. Set up another recovery method for your accounts.
Does the OTP number guarantee apply? +
This rental is separate from single-use OTP numbers. The twenty-minute OTP guarantee does not automatically apply to long-term rentals. Contact support if you encounter a problem.
